Finn's room

I like looking at other people's nurseries. So here's Finn's if you like checking out baby rooms too.

Apparently I really like mint green and orange, because that's what our blog colors are right now.
Grandma Marci made the quilt and matching sheet. Great Grandma Jane got us the crib and gave us her old rocking chair. Light: Ikea, turtle blanket: Tj max, pictures: Marimekko postcards framed. Last but not least... the famous mobile! Finn loves this more than life itself. It can mesmerize him for quite some time. All it is, is paper that I glued together to make the shape, clipped onto a photo mobile that you can buy online. Out of all the baby items Finn has this is our favorite (and his of coarse)! We turn on a fan to keep it rockin' for him, and he can't get enough.

His room is so cool looking and cozy. I think I'll have to get more info on how to make a mobile for when we have another one. I made Henry's bumper and crib skirt but well his room is kind of in a large eh closet so I haven't posted pictures, ha ha.

I hope you like the ravelry website, it has so many neat ideas and patterns. Crocheting is so addicting but I get lost a lot and need to learn the lingo of it all.

Way cute Hils! You are so creative. I can't wait to finish Ava's room. Just waiting on my handy husband to be in the mood to help me!

I absolutely love your decorating style. So awesome! The colors are perfect. And I agree with everyone else - that mobile is sweet! I may need to attempt one of those for my next baby.
