September 5th was Emma's 1st birthday. Dennen and I drove to Orem for the big shabang that was at Derek and Mandy's condo. Let me just say that Mandy did an amazing job! She went all out with homemade party hats for the little kidos, decorations, a birthday wishes book for Emma, and tons of good food. It is so neat to see how fast a child grows and how much their personality develops. Emma is our first and only niece, and Dennen is so cute with her. As you can see, he's feeding her ice cream (like all good uncles should).
