We officially made it to our new home near Bangor, Maine! As much as I dislike moving, I do like the cleanse of getting rid of "stuff". It's surprising how after you've packed and moved things multiple times, you get less and less attached and don't care if you get rid of things. We really miss Portland and our friends, but are finding fun things to do here as well.
One day we visited the Orono Bog which has a board walk that Finn loved to run on. It was really pretty and apparently has peat moss that is up to 12 feet deep! There were also tiny trees that are 100 years old because they can't grow big in the high acidic ground.
Finn had his 3 year old doctor checkup yesterday. His weight is in the 6th percentile, and his height is in the 11th percentile. He had to get a chicken pox vaccination which he wasn't too keen on... But he did get a cool book. I love the artwork in it! I'm definitely planning on getting him more books that this artist has illustrated. Believe it or not, Finn has moved on from lining up his cars meticulously, to more imaginative and pretend play. He will get all of his animal friends and put them in a Tupperware (which is apparently their house). Then he'll line them all up on one of his blankets and have parties with them.
I had my appointment today and am 23 weeks. I had a very thorough ultrasound about 2 weeks ago, and everything looks good so far. Normal placenta, cord, and fluid levels. I'll be getting another ultrasound in a couple of weeks. Once again though (like with Finn), my fundal height is measuring smaller than the average pregnant woman... I had tests to see if I have a blood clotting disorder, lupus, and hypothyroidism. I guess I'm getting every test under the sun done this time to see if my doctor can figure out what is going on with me and pregnancy. My guess? They won't be able to figure it out. And that's life I guess. Only God knows.

congratulations on so many things! I hope your new nest feels like home soon! you look wonderful, prayers and high hopes for endless joy!
I totally agree about how cleansing a move can be! After six years in our house we packed it up to rent it this summer and I can't even count how many loads we took to DI. I am so excited to move back into a dejunked house!
You and your baby are in my thoughts and prayers!
You look great!!! The house seems to fit your family. Main is a beautiful state. Lots to enjoy and learn about history. Love you, g-jane
Your bump is looking good! And I'm surprised your fundal height isn't "average" because it looks pretty great to me.
Mine always measured small too...until the last 2 weeks. Then...YIKES!
