Is it socially acceptable to walk out of a public restroom stall while you're still doing up your pants? I witnessed this happening the other day, and it was quite awkward. You're not at home people.
Honestly? It depends on what stage the undoing or doing up is at. That would be me in a work place I am probably too comfortable in. Pebbles. Sometimes my pants are partially undone as I make my way down the hallway... If someone is in the bathroom already, I think DARN! and do them back up, only to try again in a few minutes :)

I've never understood how men can line up at a wall.........but have coveted their ability in the trees in full ski atire.
Not right, but what about people that have conversations on their cell phones while going to the bathroom in the stall next to you?!?
