Tulip festival

We have been trying to pack as many fun things in with friends and family before we move. Today, Finn and I went with my mom and grandma to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point. It was really beautiful! Finn even got a sucker out of the deal.

A lot of people have asked us when we'll be headed to Maine. Dennen and I will be driving our car out on the 7th of May. That's in two weeks. Crazy! We'll take our time and make a road trip out of it. A super road trip, as Dennen would put it. When we arrive, Dennen's mom will fly out with Finn. Some of you may not know about Dennen's obsession with traveling... He loves it! We get Backpacker Magazine and he just dreams up these amazing trips (that we'll probably never be able to go on) but he still loves daydreaming. I'm excited for this trip he has planned!

In case you guys want to stop over at our place, I thought you might want to know that Katie and Garrett will be here May 10-18 so if you stay anywhere in there you'd get double the visits from the Timothy sisters.

If you decide that it's not really on your vacation route then it's not a big deal. I just thought you should know our door is always open for the two of you!

Yep, and if you're thinking of coming through Denver before May 10 you can stay at our house...although I think your mom said you'd be going through Mt. Rushmore so you might be thinking of taking the WY route.

But you really shouldn't. The drive between Orem and Denver is MUCH prettier than through WY.

Unless you're going to try to hit Yellowstone and Jackson Hole too...

Those flowers are incredible.

What a fun adventure! We'd love to have you stay in Vegas with us-but I would think you'd head a little more East and less South. :)

Your super road trip sounds awesome! I love road trips. Hope you can document the adventure. We're moving to South Orem, not near as exciting but with a two bedroom and a washer/dryer it will be a little piece of heaven. I hope you find a beautiful new home and create your own little piece of heaven within it. Its been really wonderful to get to know you better.
